My Journey and Fitness Philosophy

I got my personal training certification because I want to help women live confidently and joyfully. Living in full recovery from an eating disorder, I’ve learned that there is so much more to working out than weight loss. Working out is stress relief. It is treating your body well. It is feeling strong & confident. It is becoming a better, healthier version of yourself. I want to help you experience the joy of working out without the self punishment or judgement that you might have previously associated with fitness & health.

    Every excercise is designed to be done at home - house, apartment, backyard, you know it! The only equipment you need are some dumbbells and inexpensive resistance bands.
